Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Inclusion Manager, you will provide direct support to EHC students and other vulnerable learners. Your day includes liaising closely with teaching and pastoral staff, including working alongside the KS2/3 Teacher, the Pastoral Leader and the SENDCO.
You are responsible for ensuring that all students can achieve and thrive in a safe, positive environment, overseeing behaviour for learning and championing inclusion across the school. You will address specific student needs proactively, reporting as needed and collaborating on strategies to support every learner. There is also ongoing monitoring and continual adjustment, requiring effective communication and dedication.
