Expert Review
FedEx's SameDay City Courier position offers competitive pay between $20 and $30 per hour. This can be a great opportunity for those looking for flexible scheduling, as the company accommodates various shifts. However, candidates should be aware that the job involves considerable physical activity, including lifting and loading packages.
Drivers are responsible for managing their delivery routes efficiently. While this provides a degree of independence, it also means navigating local traffic and weather conditions, which can impact delivery times. Our team found that employees appreciate the support and training provided, helping them adapt to the demands of the job.
In terms of job stability, deliveries can fluctuate based on demand, especially during peak seasons. It’s essential for prospective drivers to consider their comfort with the physical aspects of the role, as it may not suit everyone. For more details, you can visit FedEx's page here.
