Expert Review
Working at Sodexo offers an opportunity to engage with customers while developing valuable skills in the food service industry. The varying shifts provide flexibility, good fit for students or those with other commitments. The pay range of $7.25 to $23.44 per hour can vary widely, so it’s important to consider your experience level and location when applying.
Sodexo's benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement, which are attractive for full-time employees. However, the entry-level nature of this role might not appeal to those with more experience or higher salary expectations.
According to Sodexo's page, opportunities for growth are available, but workers should be aware of the physical demands of the job. Overall, this role is a good stepping stone for those looking to enter the food service field while providing a positive customer experience.
