Expert Review
This role for its focus on HSE leadership within the energy sector. Candidates will find the opportunity to influence safety practices on-site, which is critical in project delivery. Fluence Energy is known for its commitment to sustainable practices, making this a valuable position for environmentally conscious professionals.
The requirement for a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety ensures that applicants have the necessary qualifications to excel. However, the role's on-site nature may deter those looking for flexible working arrangements. Candidates should assess their willingness to be present at project sites and manage safety protocols actively.
Potential applicants should also consider the workload, especially during high-activity periods, which can lead to extended hours. It's advisable to review the full job expectations on Fluence Energy's official page (https://au.talent.com/redirect?acquisition_sub_id=10101&bpid=05f9af3966a0bf00f5031c1ff403e4b9&channel_1=default&channel_2=default&channel_3=default&context=api&eligible=yes&falcon=1&id=622737046665562181&initiator=&is_gl=0&l=Sydney&pc=9&pid=30d4c6dd3921&publisher=7c2b7e61c1&puid=3dea3deegddegdd9fddd3de93deg7ddcdddafdda3dea3deb3deb3dea3dee3def3de83def3ee33deb3ee23dea3deg3deg3deg3deg3deg3degcddgfddg3deg3degbddg9ddg3degeddg7ddbaed3gcdf7bdbfcdceed38ddf9d&rdr=&sdb=2&search_id=4a3bb72ab1174d12b5843794cf866568&source=RubikTech&testid=sonicBackFillGLNoResults&utm_campaign=arbitrage&utm_medium=api&utm_product=7c2b7e61c1).
