This position at Chandler Macleod demands a skillset in procurement and project management. With a focus on delivering value-for-money outcomes, you'll engage with diverse capital projects that require strong governance. Expect to navigate a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key.
The leadership aspect of this role is significant, as you'll partner closely with delivery teams. Those who thrive under pressure and enjoy influencing outcomes will find this role rewarding. Yet, the requirement for extensive experience means it may not be suitable for recent graduates or less experienced professionals.
While the role offers substantial professional growth, consider the potential stress of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The emphasis on compliance can also add layers of complexity that might not appeal to everyone. For a detailed overview of the company and the role, visit Chandler Macleod's official site.
