Key Result Areas ● Sales productivity improvement across stores ● Customer experience and service scores ● New joiner training completion and readiness ● Adoption of selling techniques and product knowledge ● Consistent training delivery across regions What Success Looks Like ● Well-trained sales teams with strong product knowledge ● Higher conversion rates and average ticket size ● Consistent customer experience across all Home Centre stores ● Faster onboarding and productivity of new store hires Who Thrives in This Role ● 6–10 years experience in retail training, preferably in furniture/home retail ● Strong understanding of retail sales processes ● Excellent facilitation and communication skills ● Ability to work closely with store operations teams ● Passion for coaching and developing frontline sales teams
