Employee feedback highlights the good pay and opportunities for advancement, but notes the physical demands of the job.
Expert Review
This role at Amazon provides a solid entry point into the retail and logistics industry. With pay starting at $17 per hour and reaching up to $23, there's potential for a decent paycheck, especially for those with full-time hours. The job requires employees to be efficient and detail-oriented while using handheld scanners, which can be a plus for tech-savvy individuals.
While the pay is attractive, the physical demands should not be underestimated. Workers can expect to be on their feet for long periods and lift heavy items regularly. This aspect makes the job less suitable for those with physical limitations or those seeking a less strenuous work environment.
Career advancement opportunities are available, as Amazon often promotes from within. For those willing to put in the effort, this could lead to a fulfilling long-term career. Overall, this position is a great option for individuals who are eager to work hard and contribute to a fast-paced team.
