The $17 hourly wage is appealing for those entering the workforce, but the labor-intensive nature of the roles may deter some candidates. It's for individuals seeking experience in manufacturing.
About this role
Join Robinson Pharma as a General Laborer on the 1st shift, with duties including material handling, packaging, and machine operation, starting at $17 per hour.
Expert Review
The opportunity at Robinson Pharma offers an entry point into the manufacturing sector with a $17 hourly wage. While this pay is attractive, candidates should consider the physically demanding nature of the work. Roles may include packing, inspection, and machine operation, which require stamina and attention to detail.
Our team noted that while there are various positions available, advancement opportunities may be limited. Prospective workers should assess their long-term goals, as this role tends to attract those looking for immediate work rather than career growth. Health and safety measures are emphasized, which is crucial in a manufacturing setting.
For those interested, the work schedule is full-time and typically requires early hours. The job may not fit everyone's lifestyle, especially for those seeking flexible or remote options. According to Robinson Pharma's listing, the focus is on entry-level positions, suitable choice for new job seekers.
However, if you are looking for a less demanding role, you might want to explore other opportunities.
