Expert Review
This independent contractor position with On Target 007 PTY LTD is appealing for those who value flexibility in their work schedule. You won't have the traditional perks of a salaried job, such as medical aid or paid leave. Instead, you'll be responsible for managing your own sales strategy, offering the potential for higher earnings based on performance.
However, this role requires a proactive mindset and dedication to succeed. Income can be unpredictable, especially for newcomers to retail sales. Those unfamiliar with self-directed roles may find the pressure challenging.
The lack of employee benefits is a significant consideration. Unlike standard retail positions, you won't have safety nets like unemployment insurance or sick leave, which can make this position less appealing for those who prefer stability.
this opportunity is excellent for experienced sales professionals looking for independence and flexibility, but it's not suitable for everyone. Consider your comfort with the inherent risks of contractor work before applying. For more information, refer to the official listing on Talent.com.
