Emergency Response Security Officer

Armored Guards Operation Services

Position Summary: The Emergency Response Security Officer is responsible for providing rapid, professional, and armed response to security incidents, alarm activations, and emergency callouts. This role ensures the safety of clients, personnel, and property by assessing situations, managing potential threats, and maintaining control until incidents are resolved or law enforcement arrives. We are currently seeking to hire 7–8 qualified Armed Security Officers to join our team immediately. This is a part-time job that is quite similar to Uber Eats, but it operates within the security sector. Officers are required to sign on for duty via the company’s mobile application from any location. Once signed on, officers must remain prepared to respond immediately upon receiving a callout notification and proceed to the designated site without delay. This position operates on a per-callout pay structure. Officers are compensated between $50 and $60 per callout, depending on the nature, duration, and level of risk associated with each response. Once the callout has been completed, you are required to report back accordingly. Payment for the completed assignment will be processed and issued the same day. Officers must use their personal vehicle to travel to the designated site and respond promptly to callouts wherever they are located at the time. Officers are required to sign in and remain on duty for a minimum of 26 hours per week. Officers are required to sign in between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. These are the designated duty hours. While officers are not required to remain signed in for the full 12-hour period from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., those are the approved hours during which sign-ins are permitted. While on duty, officers are expected to accept and respond to every callout promptly and in accordance with company standards. Officers who sign in for additional hours increase their opportunities for callout assignments and corresponding compensation. Respond promptly and safely to emergency callouts, alarms, and incident reports Conduct on-site assessments to identify risks, secure areas, and ensure the safety of all parties. Provide armed protection and deterrence in accordance with company and legal standards. Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and internal security teams as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, logs, and evidence documentation. Officers will be supplied with the necessary security signage and emergency lights to carry out callouts safely and effectively. Sign-ins may be completed remotely, whether you are at home or in another location at the time. The system operates similarly to on-demand service platforms — however, in this case, it functions within a security response framework. When an emergency callout is issued through the app, officers are expected to acknowledge and respond promptly, much like responding to a dispatched assignment. This allows for efficient deployment and rapid response to incidents as they arise. Qualifications & Requirements: Must possess a valid Armed Security Officer license in the state of TX. Availability for shift work, nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required. Valid driver’s license. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public.
