What Customers Say
Workers appreciate the steady pay and routine but note the physical demands of the job can be challenging.
Expert Review
The role of a PepsiCo Delivery Driver is appealing due to its competitive pay of $25-$34 per hour, strong option for those seeking steady income. However, applicants should be aware that the job involves significant physical activity, including loading and unloading products. This can be strenuous, especially during peak delivery times.
Working for PepsiCo means being part of a globally recognized brand, which can add a sense of pride and stability to the role. The company offers consistent routes, allowing drivers to develop familiarity with their deliveries. This aspect can make the work feel more manageable and less stressful.
Despite the perks, the job isn't without challenges. Drivers may face long hours and must be prepared to navigate various driving conditions. Maintenance of the delivery vehicle is also a responsibility that can add to the workload, especially during harsh weather.
Overall, the position is a solid fit for individuals who enjoy routine and are physically capable, but it might not appeal to those looking for a less demanding job. More details about the application process can be found on PepsiCo's official page.
