Expert Review
Working at The Point in Surry Hills positions you in one of Sydney's hottest pub scenes. The newly renovated space aims to attract both locals and visitors, fostering a vibrant atmosphere. This role will require staff to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, making it perfect for those who thrive under pressure.
Our team notes that the pub prioritizes employee growth, offering opportunities for advancement. If you have an ambition to climb the hospitality ladder, this venue could be a great fit. While the team culture is friendly, long hours and busy shifts are part of the deal, so candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role.
According to The Point's page, the emphasis on customer service excellence means that staff will need to balance efficiency with a warm approach. If you’re passionate about hospitality and ready to take on a challenge, this could be a rewarding opportunity.
