The pay range of $19-21 per hour is competitive for security roles, especially for those with bilingual skills. However, the night shift may deter candidates seeking daytime employment.

What Customers Say
Current employees highlight a supportive work environment but mention the challenges of night shifts and the physical demands of the job.
Expert Review
The Mobile Officer role with Securitas offers a solid entry point into the security industry, especially for those willing to work overnight. With a pay range from $19 to $21 per hour, it's competitive for entry-level positions. The shift hours from 7 PM to 6 AM may appeal to those looking for night work but for others.
Candidates should note that a CT Guard Card is required, alongside at least a year of security experience. Being bilingual in Spanish is preferred, which may narrow the candidate pool. While Securitas provides extensive training and career advancement opportunities, the night schedule can affect overall quality of life.
The company also offers a benefits package, including employer-sponsored medical coverage, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. However, those who prefer a traditional daytime schedule or lack security experience may need to look elsewhere.
