Expert Review
This part-time role at EG Group is positioned well for those looking to dip their toes into retail. With a focus on customer service, employees are expected to deliver a high standard of service while promoting products. The role's flexible hours cater well to students or those with other commitments, allowing them to balance work with personal life.
While the pay isn't specified, part-time roles in retail often offer competitive hourly rates that can vary based on experience. It's that the part-time nature may not provide a stable income, which for those needing a full-time role.
The working environment is typically fast-paced, which can be exhilarating but demanding. Staff members need to maintain a safe workspace while managing customer interactions. EG Group's commitment to a supportive team culture means that new employees can expect guidance and support, although the potential for career progression might be limited in a part-time role.
