The pay of $11.50 per hour is decent for the industry, but the rotating shifts could be challenging for those seeking a stable schedule. This role is ideal for individuals with prior management experience who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
About this role

Expert Review
For those looking to step up in the restaurant industry, this Turn Leader position at Pasta To Go offers a promising opportunity. The role requires supervisory experience and a knack for customer service, making it suitable for those already familiar with a busy kitchen environment. The hourly rate of $11.50 is competitive, especially for entry-level management roles in Puerto Rico.
While the benefits like vacation and sick leave are attractive, the rotating shifts might be a drawback for those who prefer a fixed schedule. the requirement for prior kitchen experience could limit the applicant pool, making it less accessible for newcomers to the industry. According to the job posting, the work hours span from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, which may not suit everyone.
this role is a solid opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a reputable restaurant chain. Keep in mind the potential challenges of shift work and the need for relevant experience if considering applying.
