Expert Review
This role at Frito-Lay is appealing due to its competitive pay and the chance for career advancement. However, the job's physical nature might not be for everyone. Expect to handle products regularly, which can be strenuous.
The company has a strong reputation in the snack industry, providing a stable work environment for employees. According to Frito-Lay's site, they prioritize safety and employee well-being, which is crucial in a warehouse setting.
While the pay rate is attractive, those looking for less physically taxing jobs should think twice. The role demands consistent physical activity, making it less suitable for individuals with certain health concerns or those preferring sedentary work.
Overall, it's for entry-level positions in logistics, but be prepared for an active workday. The experience gained here can be beneficial for those looking to advance within the supply chain field.
