What Customers Say
Feedback from employees indicates a stable work environment but highlights concerns over the fixed salary structure.
Expert Review
This position offers a basic salary of R 7 845, which is not negotiable, making it less attractive for those used to higher pay. While the benefits include a provident fund and a December bonus, the fixed salary may deter more experienced candidates seeking better compensation.
The working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00, which provides some work-life balance. However, the limited hours on Saturdays might not suit everyone.
Oostelike Personeel Konsultante conducts thorough background checks, ensuring a secure work environment. This is a opportunity for South African citizens entering the warehouse logistics sector, but it may not appeal to those with extensive experience looking for higher remuneration. Overall, this role is best suited for entry-level candidates eager to start their careers in logistics.
