Expert Review
This UPS position in Roseville offers a starting wage of $21+/hr, which is competitive for warehouse jobs. However, applicants should be ready for the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting and long hours. The company is known for its strong career advancement programs, making this a good entry point for those looking to grow within the logistics sector.
While the pay is attractive, the job requires a high level of physical endurance. Workers have reported that the fast-paced environment can be challenging, especially during peak seasons. It's essential to consider if you're comfortable with the physicality of the role before applying.
For those who thrive in busy, active settings and are looking for flexible hours, this could be a great opportunity. However, if you're seeking a more sedentary office job, this role may not be suitable. According to UPS's official page, they emphasize a culture of teamwork and safety, which can enhance the work experience for many.
