The $12 hourly rate is decent for entry-level positions, especially in customer service, but the seasonal nature may deter those seeking long-term employment.
About this role
Join Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative, providing top-notch customer service at San Juan International Airport.
What Customers Say
Reviews indicate a supportive work environment but highlight the drawbacks of seasonal employment and variable work hours.
Expert Review
This seasonal role at San Juan International Airport demands strong customer service skills and offers a competitive hourly wage of $12.00. While it provides valuable experience, the temporary nature may not suit everyone. Those seeking stable, long-term employment should consider this a stepping stone rather than a career endpoint.
Working with Enterprise Holdings, you'll be part of a company that prioritizes employee development and customer satisfaction. The fast-paced airport environment can be rewarding, but it also requires adaptability to high traffic and diverse customer needs.
Our team noted that while the pay is reasonable for entry-level positions, the lack of benefits and potential for job uncertainty could deter more experienced candidates. If you're open to a temporary role with opportunities for growth, this could be a beneficial experience.
