Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors at a residential front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.Monitor access to the location, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization as directed, and maintain visitor logs and other required records.Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and service personnel in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of front-desk activity.Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow emergency response procedures when applicable.Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry activity, reporting unusual conditions, and communicating concerns to site management and/or emergency responders.
