Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:30 PM - 12:00 AMThur11:30 PM - 08:00 AMFri11:30 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing foot traffic, and report access concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.Support a professional presence at a government healthcare location by communicating clearly with site contacts, assisting during urgent situations, and following Allied Universal post orders and reporting procedures.
