What Customers Say
Employees generally appreciate the pay and benefits but note the physically demanding nature of the work.
Expert Review
The role at Frito-Lay demands physical stamina, as workers will often lift and move heavy products. Expect a fast-paced environment that requires both teamwork and individual effort. Pay ranges from $18 to $26 per hour, making it competitive for warehouse jobs in the area.
Job responsibilities include loading delivery trucks and organizing products within the warehouse, which can be repetitive and physically taxing. While the pay is appealing, the absence of remote work options may deter those seeking flexibility.
In terms of benefits, Frito-Lay offers health insurance and employee discounts, enhancing the overall appeal of the job. However, candidates should consider the demanding nature of the work and potential for long hours, which might not suit everyone. According to the company's site, opportunities for advancement often come with experience, so it’s wise to keep that in mind when applying.
