Workers appreciate the flexibility and quick start, though some note the physical demands and lack of benefits.
Expert Review
The role of Store Cleaner at Shiftsmart offers a unique opportunity for those looking to earn quickly without prior experience. With a pay rate of up to $17 per hour, it attracts many seeking flexible job options. However, the physical demands of the job, including cleaning various retail spaces, may not be suitable for everyone.
In terms of flexibility, workers can set their own schedules, which is for students or those with other commitments. Yet, this flexibility comes with a caveat: hours might be inconsistent, affecting overall earnings. Potential applicants should consider their need for stable work hours before applying.
The company emphasizes empowerment and worker quality of life, but it’s that this role lacks traditional employee benefits like health insurance or paid leave. Those looking for a long-term career path may find better opportunities elsewhere. For more details, visit Shiftsmart's official page here.
