What Customers Say
Many workers appreciate the flexibility, but some express concerns about inconsistent earnings and lack of benefits.
Expert Review
If you're considering becoming a Dasher, flexibility is a major draw. You can choose when and how much you work, making it perfect for students or anyone balancing other commitments. However, that earnings are not guaranteed.
Some Dashers report making around $15-$25 per hour during peak times, while others may earn less during slower periods.
The app's user interface is generally allowing for easy navigation and order management. However, some drivers have raised concerns about customer service responsiveness, particularly when issues arise during deliveries. As a Dasher, you also need to factor in costs like gas and vehicle wear and tear, which can quickly add up.
While the role offers independence, it lacks traditional job benefits like health insurance or retirement plans. If you're looking for steady income, this job might not be the best fit. Overall, becoming a Dasher works best for those who are comfortable with the gig economy's ups and downs.
