What Customers Say
Current employees appreciate the stable work environment but note the challenges of language requirements in the hiring process.
Expert Review
This Warehouse Assistant role at Delta offers a starting salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, which is quite competitive for entry-level positions in Chennai. Day shifts make it suitable for those who prefer a regular schedule. Applicants must have 6 months to 3 years of experience, which may exclude freshers looking to enter the logistics field.
The requirement for Hindi proficiency can be a barrier for non-Hindi speakers, limiting the talent pool. Delta's focus on quality and efficiency in inventory management suggests that candidates should be detail-oriented and proactive.
While the position is appealing for those with the right language skills and experience, potential applicants should consider the location in Chennai Central R.S., which may pose commuting challenges. For more details, visit Delta's official job listing here.
