Expert Review
Retail roles at Hobby Lobby offer a customer interaction and hands-on experience in a creative field. With a competitive pay range of $18-$22/hr, employees can find a rewarding opportunity that aligns with their interests. This role is for those who enjoy crafting and art-related products.
Part-time positions mean flexible scheduling, making it easier for students or those with other commitments to apply. However, it’s important to note that this can limit hours and overall earning potential, as full-time roles are not available.
Customer service is a significant aspect of the job. Retail Associates will interact with diverse customers, which can enhance interpersonal skills. Expect a busy environment, particularly during peak shopping times, which may lead to increased stress and pressure.
