While the job promotes a collaborative environment, candidates must possess prior security experience and strong customer service skills. This can be a hurdle for those without a background in security but looking to enter the field. The job's physical demands necessitate that applicants are comfortable with extended periods of standing and walking.
the immediate hiring aspect is appealing, but candidates should be aware that the role may not suit everyone, especially those seeking low-activity positions. With its focus on security, the position is primarily geared towards individuals already experienced in the field, making it less suitable for beginners.
