Expert Review
This role in Amazon's fulfillment centers is a great entry point into warehouse work. Employees are tasked with picking and packing orders, which can be rewarding but also physically demanding. Pay ranges from $17 to $23/hr, making it competitive for entry-level positions.
The job offers flexibility in scheduling, which can be for students or those with other commitments. However, the fast-paced nature of the work means that employees must be prepared for a high-energy environment.
While the potential for career advancement exists, it’s crucial to understand that the physical demands can be challenging. Those who thrive in dynamic settings will likely find this role rewarding, but it may not be the best fit for individuals seeking a less strenuous job.
