Expert Review
This position at Amazon is well-suited for individuals seeking entry-level work with a decent pay scale. The starting pay ranges from $17 to $23 per hour, which is competitive for warehouse roles. Employees will be responsible for selecting and packing items, often using handheld scanners, which requires attention to detail.
The role is full-time and offers the potential for benefits. However, it is important to note that the work can be physically demanding, requiring long hours on your feet and lifting heavy items. Those not prepared for this might find the job challenging.
Our team observed that Amazon's fulfillment centers operate at a fast pace, which could lead to a stressful environment for some workers. It's your comfort level with such an atmosphere before applying. For more details, visit Amazon's listing on talent.com.
