A good opportunity for part-time work in hospitality, though candidates should be prepared for the variability typical in such roles.
About this role
Delaware North Gaming is seeking a part-time Bartender to serve drinks responsibly and enhance guest experiences at Finger Lakes Gaming.
Expert Review
The role of Bartender at Finger Lakes Gaming presents an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in high-energy environments. Serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bartenders play a crucial role in guest satisfaction. The emphasis on responsible service is essential, particularly in a gaming venue where guests are looking to unwind.
Delaware North’s commitment to guest experience means that bartenders will often find themselves engaging with patrons, making this a social and dynamic role. However, potential candidates should consider that part-time positions may involve varying hours, impacting overall earnings.
With the perks of interacting with diverse guests and the chance to earn tips, this role can be rewarding for those who excel in customer service. Yet, the inconsistent scheduling typical of part-time work might deter those seeking guaranteed hours.
Overall, if you enjoy a lively atmosphere and are passionate about hospitality, this position could be a great fit. For more details, check out Delaware North's job listing at their official site.
