The pay scale is attractive for entry-level positions, but candidates should be prepared for the physical demands of warehouse work. It's those seeking stability in the food service industry.

What Customers Say
Workers commend the pay and stability but often mention the physical toll of the job.
Expert Review
Many job seekers find the $18-$26/hr wage appealing, especially for entry-level roles. However, the physical nature of the work means that candidates must be prepared for strenuous activity. This includes lifting heavy boxes and being on your feet for extended periods.
Frito-Lay has a solid reputation as an employer, which is a plus for those looking to build a career in logistics. Yet, potential workers should consider the hours; shifts can be long, and the work can be demanding, especially during peak seasons.
For those new to the workforce or seeking a reliable paycheck, this role could be a great fit. However, individuals looking for desk jobs or less physically intensive roles should explore other options.
