Expert Review
Working as a Package Delivery Driver with UPS offers a strong hourly wage of $45+, appealing to those in need of a lucrative job. Yet, it demands physical stamina and the ability to navigate a busy schedule. Drivers must load and unload packages, which can be strenuous, especially during peak seasons.
The position is full-time and typically involves working in various weather conditions, which can be a downside for some. UPS maintains a reputation for reliability, yet the job can be challenging due to traffic and route navigation. That said, the opportunity for overtime can boost earnings significantly.
UPS provides a structured work environment, which may appeal to those who prefer clear expectations. However, the physical demands and strict adherence to delivery times may not suit everyone. If you thrive under pressure and enjoy driving, this role may be a good fit.
