This role at UPS offers a starting wage of $21+/hr, which is competitive for warehouse positions in the area. The company provides a structured environment where employees can learn and develop skills in logistics. Our team found that UPS values employee growth, presenting advancement opportunities for dedicated workers.
The job does require physical stamina, as employees are expected to lift and move packages regularly. It's not a fit for everyone, especially those who prefer less physically taxing roles. the fast-paced nature of the work can be overwhelming during peak seasons.
Employee feedback highlights the supportive work culture, but the intensity of work during busy times requires workers to be adaptable. If you're looking to join a stable employer with a solid reputation, UPS offers that in spades. More details can be found on their official page.
