Expert Review
For job seekers in the cleaning industry, the School Cleaner position at Ventia Pty presents a reliable opportunity. With stable weekday shifts, it caters to individuals seeking a work-life balance. Career progression is a notable benefit, allowing dedicated workers to advance within the company.
However, applicants must hold a valid driver’s licence and complete a Working With Children Check, which could be a hurdle for some. The role's focus on government schools means a committed work environment, but it may not appeal to those looking for flexibility or remote options.
In terms of job security, the position is promising, especially for those who prefer not to work on weekends. If you are comfortable with a physically active role and meet the qualifications, this job could be a perfect fit. More details can be found on Ventia's page.
