Expert Review
This delivery driver position with Mainland Express offers a solid package for those with a valid UAE manual driving license. The monthly salary ranges from AED 2,850 to AED 3,500, which is reasonable for the role, given the provision of a brand-new van and a daily fuel allowance. The job also includes health insurance and annual paid leave, offer.
Our team found that the role is particularly targeted at experienced drivers who are well-versed in navigating Dubai. For those new to delivery driving or unfamiliar with the city, this could pose a challenge. The requirement for prior delivery experience and good performance may deter some potential applicants.
While the benefits are appealing, the role necessitates in-person work and is limited to specific areas, which may not be ideal for everyone. The company visa is contingent on a performance review after a month, adding a layer of pressure. For those comfortable with these conditions, the opportunity is but it might not cater to those seeking flexibility or less scrutiny in their job performance.
