Expert Review
The Parkwood offers an appealing role for housekeepers, with pay rates that can attract experienced professionals. Earning between R320 and R380 per hour is competitive, especially within the domestic worker sector in South Africa. However, the role is based in Sioux Falls, which may limit its appeal to local job seekers in Gauteng.
The working environment is described as friendly and relaxed, making it suitable for those who thrive in supportive teams. While full-time positions are available, potential applicants should note that the job does not offer remote options, which could deter some candidates.
Customer service and workplace culture seem to be priorities for Transforming Age, but details on career progression or additional benefits are scant. Those interested in long-term growth may want to inquire further about advancement opportunities during the application process. Overall, if you’re in the area or willing to relocate, this could be a stable job in housekeeping.
