Expert Review
This role with Allied Universal offers work in security without the commitment of full-time hours. The flexible scheduling allows employees to tailor their work hours to their personal lives, which can be especially beneficial for students or those with other jobs.
Pay is set at $18.64 per hour, which is competitive for entry-level positions in the security field. The company's Claim a Shift platform also provides a chance to explore different roles, enhancing career development.
While the flexibility is appealing, potential candidates should note that part-time positions typically lack benefits such as health insurance or paid time off. This could be a disadvantage for those who prioritize job security and benefits.
