General Labor Position Overview: Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for deburring, buffing, and polishing of medical device instruments. General Labor Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Follow work instruction · Use poser tools to remove fine burrs · Use microscope to inspect your work · Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr · Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components · Maintain necessary logs · Provide necessary information to other team members and departments · Trouble shoot minor errors · Report job status/progress to members of management team. · Maintain quality, safety control standards General Labor Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications): • Good hand to eye coordination • Ability to speak, read (English) • Excellent communications skills • Friendly and cheerful outlook • Flexible schedule, dependable and possessing willingness to learn new techniques • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time • Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods of time Physical requirements: • Ability to stand for several hours • Ability to lift 30lbs Benefits: 401(k)401(k)matchDental insuranceVision InsuranceHealth insuranceGenerous paid time offEAP programEmployee referral program Schivo Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
