Expert Review
The General Laborer position offers a practical entry point into manufacturing, appealing to those who enjoy hands-on tasks. Candidates can expect a salary range of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, which is competitive for entry-level roles. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(K) retirement savings plan.
This role emphasizes teamwork and safety, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in collaborative settings. However, while the opportunity for growth exists, advancing within the company may require additional training or skills development. Those who prefer more dynamic roles or remote work options might find this position limiting.
