Expert Review
TEKsystems offers a Client Services Representative role that provides a balanced hybrid work schedule. With two days of remote work, employees can enjoy flexibility while engaging with independent business owners. The job's focus on problem resolution demands strong interpersonal skills, making it ideal for those eager to develop in customer service.
The compensation of $22 per hour might not attract seasoned professionals, but it a suitable entry point for newcomers to the industry. Employees will need to handle various inquiries, which can be both rewarding and challenging, given the emphasis on accountability and follow-through.
While the position comes with a benefits package, the role may feel limiting for those seeking extensive career advancement. Potential candidates should consider how much they value job security and customer interaction against a salary that may not meet expectations for experienced hires.
