Workers generally appreciate the competitive pay and job stability, though some note the physical demands and varying shift hours.
Expert Review
Frito-Lay's warehouse positions in New Smyrna Beach present a strong employment opportunity in the logistics sector. With a pay range of $18-$26/hr, they cater to individuals looking for competitive wages. The role demands physical stamina, as workers will be loading and unloading products regularly.
Unlike many warehouse jobs that offer limited advancement, Frito-Lay provides pathways for career growth within the company. This is a significant plus for those aiming to build a long-term career. However, the nature of the work can lead to long shifts, especially during peak seasons, which may affect work-life balance.
It's also important to note that these roles require a commitment to physical labor in a fast-paced environment. Those who thrive in active settings will find this rewarding, but it may not suit everyone. Interested applicants can find more details on Frito-Lay's job postings at Talent.com.
