Expert Review
This role at Clicks Group is fundamentally about enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service and point-of-sale operations. Employees are expected to maintain high standards in both service delivery and merchandising. With the growing emphasis on customer experience, those in this position will develop valuable skills that can translate to future roles.
The focus on operational efficiency means staff must be adept at both cash handling and stock management. While the role is rewarding for those who thrive on interaction, it can be challenging during peak hours. The training provided by Clicks aims to equip employees with the necessary tools to succeed, good fit for those new to the retail sector.
It’s important to note that while the experience gained can be beneficial, the compensation may not be sufficient for those with significant financial commitments. This role is perfect for students or individuals supplementing their income but may not sustain a family.
