Expert Review
If you're considering a position at UPS, the Warehouse Worker role offers competitive pay starting at $21+/hr. This job requires unloading delivery trucks and sorting packages, which can be physically taxing. Our team found that while the pay is attractive, the work environment is fast-paced and may not suit everyone.
Many employees appreciate the flexible scheduling, allowing for part-time and full-time options, which is great for students or those with other commitments. However, the nature of the job means that workers often face irregular hours, making it less ideal for those seeking a consistent schedule.
Career advancement is possible, but it typically requires additional training and effort. UPS has a strong reputation in logistics, but the high turnover in some areas suggests that not everyone finds the role sustainable long-term.
