What Customers Say
Workers appreciate the pay but often mention the demanding nature of the job and the pressure to meet performance targets.
Expert Review
This position at Amazon fulfills a crucial role in their logistics chain. The company offers a competitive hourly wage between $17 and $23, which is attractive for entry-level roles. Workers are expected to pick and pack items efficiently using handheld scanners, ensuring timely deliveries.
The fast-paced environment can be both rewarding and challenging. While there are opportunities for advancement, the physically demanding nature of the job may not suit everyone. Workers should be ready for a physically active day, which can lead to fatigue.
Customer feedback indicates that while the pay is decent, the workload can be strenuous. Amazon is known for its rigorous performance metrics, which can add pressure. Still, those seeking stability and the chance to grow within a large organization may find this role appealing.
